Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are only accepted in cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen issues with our coaches or guides. Alternatively, you may reschedule your tour, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before departure to arrange an alternative date.
