• Pulteney Bridge

This is an architectural monument that you cannot miss. Built around 250 years ago, Paltney Bridge is in the heart of Bath. Similar to the Ponte Vecchio in Florence, along the Ponte Paltni are a bunch of buildings that house shops. It is considered unique, so the best recommendation for city guests is to take a walk from the bridge and along the river embankment.

• Bath Abbey (Bath Abbey)

Bath Abbey is an Anglican parish church and former Benedictine monastery in Bath, Somerset, England. Founded in the 7th century, it was reorganised in the 10th century and rebuilt in the 12th and 16th centuries.

Yes, it’s quite small in size, but the streets and surrounding areas are full of independent shops and stalls that call this area home.

Also close to Green Street are the Jane Austen Center and The Raven pub, where you can dine on classic British dishes.

• Royal Crescent and the Circus (Royal Crescent and the Circus)

The Royal Crescent was built around 250 years ago and is considered one of the finest Georgian buildings to be seen in Britain.

You can walk around the crescent and go down Brock Street to the circus.

Built by John Wood the Elder, the Circus is actually a replica (in circle size) of Stonehenge. The reason for this is that, according to Wood, this area of England was one of the most important places in the world for the Druids. That is why the dimensions correspond to the dimensions of Stonehenge and are preserved to this day.

• The Roman Baths

Built nearly 2,000 years ago Britain’s only natural hot water spring lies the magnificent Roman public bath complex and Roman temple.

• The Jane Austen Centre

The Jane Austen Centre is a permanent exhibition. Situated in an original Georgian townhouse, it tells the story of Jane’s time in Bath, including the effect that living here had on her and her writing.
